Our requirements

• Experience and Expertise: 3-5 years in a similar RTE or Senior Scrum Master role within a SAFe environment
• DevOps Mindset: A strong commitment to Agile and DevOps principles and a readiness to lead that transformation
• Collaborative Spirit: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple ARTs and drive a cohesive department-wide approach

Your responsibilities

• Coaching and Collaboration: Guide the App ART and foster a culture of trust, while working closely with other RTEs to share insights and align on best practices
• Driving DevOps and Automation: Lead the ART in adopting DevOps and automation principles, helping transition from current practices to a more streamlined and compliant workflow
• Ensuring Quality and Compliance: Oversee that our app development meets high standards of quality and regulatory compliance
• Facilitating Events and Continuous Improvement: Plan and run ART events like PI Planning, and champion continuous improvement both within your team and across the department
