Our requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Security Lead\ Architect or a similar role
• Experience with cloud security and edge computing technologies (e.g., AWS Greengrass or similar)
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies, including encryption, authentication, access control, and network security
• Proven experience in implementing security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and leading compliance processes within large, complex organizations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement complex security solutions
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate business risks and technical requirements to diverse audiences, and drive alignment across departments.
• Fluent verbal and written skills in Polish and English

Optional

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security - or equivalent, are highly desirable

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to discover requirements, plan security governance & frameworks and prioritize various security initiatives
• Work within a team of Tech Leads & Architects to introduce compliance, risk minigations and overall security strategies and policies
• Collaborate closely with developers/SecOps to implement security policies, guardrails and initiatives
• Lead architecture reviews, workshops, design discussions, and incident response activities to ensure the security and resilience of our systems
• Lead the design and development of proof of concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of security solutions for our digital services platform
• Conduct thorough security reviews of code, architecture, and configurations to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security best practices
• Provide technical leadership on security-related initiatives. Promote security awareness and best practices within division’s team members
• Perform security risk reporting in a transparent way to the organization & stakeholders
• Follow compliance and regulations (CRA, NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST)
