Nasze wymagania

  • Min. 1 year of experience, preferably within Customer Service/Customer Care area
  • Very good command of English and Scandinavian language (Danish, Norwegian will be an asset)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Responsibility and ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • First point of contact for all incoming queries from customers
  • Efficiently evaluate and direct customer queries to the relevant team
  • Close collaboration with internal service desk team (1st, 2nd, 3rd line of support) based in Poland & Scandinavia
  • Working hands-on (setting up new customers, adding new accounts to the system) with dedicated tools, mainly in MS Dynamics
  • Organization and coordination work related to contract creation
  • Coordinating team activities and monitoring progress to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward all customers at all times
