Our requirements

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).

Optional

  • Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk role (internships or part-time work included)
  • Familiarity with IT asset management tools or ticketing systems.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Technical education (completed or in progress) in IT or a related field

Your responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to users (on-site and remote).
  • Resolve user-reported issues via the Service Desk platform in accordance with ITIL/ITSM standards.
  • Monitor and maintain assigned IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Manage and track IT hardware assets (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
  • Oversee and support the development of assigned IT tools and software.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve issues and implement solutions.
