Our requirements

• 8–12 years of total experience in solution design, business analysis, or architecture roles
• Strong understanding of insurance processes (Underwriting, Claims, or Policy Servicing)
• Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies such as chatbots, NLP, or LLM-based solutions
• Familiarity with workflow tools (n8n, Power Automate, etc.) and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP)
• Ability to create documentation (BRDs, functional specs, solution flows)
• Strong communication and coordination skills with both technical and business stakeholders

Optional

• Knowledge of prompt engineering or RAG-based GenAI solutions
• Understanding of data validation and AI governance
• Experience in low-code/no-code environments

Your responsibilities

• Work closely with business teams to understand processes and identify GenAI use cases
• Translate business needs into technical designs and solution architecture
• Partner with AI/ML engineers, developers, and QA teams to build and validate GenAI solutions
• Define workflows, integrations, and automation logic using tools like n8n, Power Automate, or similar
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for data security, privacy, and performance
• Support pilots, demos, and business validations for deployed solutions
• Act as the bridge between AI/digital teams and business for technical clarifications and improvements
