Our requirements

  • 2+ years first-hand experience in email automation and email marketing software platforms required (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, SalesManago etc).
  • Sitecore or other CMS experience is a plus.
  • Confident user of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and SQL is an advantage.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Polish.
  • Problem-solving ability through technical expertise.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end CRM marketing processes, including strategy, creative development, and operational tasks.
  • Experience in the use of marketing automation technology to deliver personalized, omni-channel campaigns and journeys.

Your responsibilities

Reporting & Insights

- Develop and deliver comprehensive CRM performance reports (campaign / quarterly) via Power BI and Google Analytics.

- Identify actionable insights and propose improvements to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

Campaign Execution & Localization

- Lead EU & CIS markets through CRM Campaign Support Journey preparation.

- Manage translation and localization of global CRM master content, ensuring quality and consistency.

- Test, preview, and validate CRM content with markets prior to launch.

Audience Management & Journey Setup

- Create and manage target audiences using SQL queries and segmentation filters.

- Build and deploy basic customer journeys in Journey Builder.

Analytics Enablement & Support

- Provide ongoing support to markets on CRM analytical tools, encouraging data-driven decision-making.

- Conduct regular A/B testing for global projects and advise markets on local testing initiatives.

Collaboration & Training

- Partner with the Global Analytics and other central teams to ensure integration and alignment of CRM data and insights.

- Deliver onboarding sessions and training on CRM analytics processes for new SFMC markets.
