Our requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Cloud, Infrastructure, or DevOps Engineer, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with Azure Cloud and Kubernetes in maintaining large-scale distributed systems.
• Proven ability to build reusable and scalable infrastructure components through Terraform following Infrastructure-as-Code best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with strong communication and collaboration skills at both team and management levels.
• Practical experience in task planning and prioritization within Scrum environments.
• Ability to share knowledge and insights through technical demos, discussions, or brainstorming sessions.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of driving projects independently.
• Fluent English (C1+) and Polish are required.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain effective and consistent communication with multiple teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of infrastructure-related initiatives.
• Review and approve infrastructure-related pull requests and application deployments, ensuring best practices are followed before production deployment
• Oversee task planning and prioritization within the scrum framework to ensure transparency, focus, and clear progress tracking.
• Manage the cloud support board, monitor and delegate open tasks while ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
• Collaborate closely with product development teams to deploy scalable, modular, and maintainable infrastructure.
• Ensure the reliability, stability, and availability of high-performance systems, supporting development teams during deployments and troubleshooting.
• Identify and implement improvements in build and release management processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Provide technical support and guidance during incidents ensuring minimal downtime and quick recovery.
