Our requirements

• Communication: Transparent and fluent communication in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills - including active listening, asking clarifying questions, providing effective feedback, and conveying information clearly and concisely.
• Adaptability: Proven ability to deal with and manage change and associated risk within a fast-paced working environment.
• Tools Proficiency: Proficient use of work and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Nokia ChatGPT) and MS Office suite.

• Technical Aptitude: A general understanding of technical workflows, development cycles, or IT processes.
• Process Knowledge: Familiarity with process improvement or project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Your responsibilities

• Obstacle Management: Actively manage and resolve roadblocks and challenges that arise for the team by communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Planning & Prioritization: Planning and scheduling work tasks and processing new work requests to ensure alignment with overall business priorities.
• Meeting Facilitation: Facilitate regular team calls and other necessary meetings to maintain team synchronization and status awareness.
• Progress Tracking: Keeping accurate track of work progress and task statuses, providing timely and up-to-date reporting.
• Team Support: Maintain a constant pulse on team members and their tasks through individual check-ins or other effective communication methods.
• Lead or manage supporting activities and initiatives that will improve the team dynamics, interactions with global teams, and boost pro-activeness.
