• Extensive understanding of invoicing processes for both customers and vendors
• Familiarity with e-Invoicing principles, including use cases, actors, and data formats, especially for French regulations
• Experience in integrating e-Invoicing solutions within ERP SAP within EU
• Business-driven mindset with the capability to comprehend functional contexts efficiently
• Competency in agile project management and other relevant methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for teamwork and stakeholder engagement in IT environments
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken (B2+ level)

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives
• Design process flows and architecture diagrams and contribute to interface contract documentation
• Prepare and oversee testing phases, including unitary, integration, regression, and end-to-end scenarios
• Develop dashboards to monitor production exchanges during the execution phase
• Address and resolve project-related issues in coordination with the broader project team
• Assist in creating comprehensive documentation for training and future business support processes
• Support business requests and resolve issues arising during the project execution
• Propose and implement process enhancements to optimize outcomes and compliance
