Our requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or developer productivity roles
• Hands-on expertise in implementing GenAI solutions in enterprise or production environments
• Strong proficiency in Python (with additional experience in Go or Node.js as a plus)
• Solid understanding of APIs, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and containerized environments
• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and vector databases
• Familiarity with developer workflows, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and modern tooling ecosystems
• Very good command of English (min. B2/C1 level), enabling effective communication in international teams
• Residing in Poland required

Optional

• Experience developing plugins, extensions, or custom developer tools
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning practices
• Awareness of data security, compliance, and responsible AI principles
• Background in DevEx, developer enablement, or productivity-focused roles

Your responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and implement GenAI-powered solutions supporting developer workflows such as CI/CD, IDE extensions, automation, and documentation
• Develop and deploy AI tools, APIs, and plugins that accelerate engineering productivity and efficiency
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector database integrations to provide contextual developer assistance
• Evaluate and integrate LLM-based solutions (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, GitHub Copilot) into enterprise environments
• Automate workflows using GenAI-driven scripts, bots, and pipelines to enhance the developer experience
• Collaborate with security, legal, and compliance teams to ensure safe and responsible use of AI
• Collect and analyze metrics on developer productivity, measuring impact and continuously improving implemented solutions
