Our requirements

• 2+ years of experience in process analysis
• English at min. B2 level (written and spoken)
• Yellow Belt Certification or equivalent
• Experience in defining solution architecture and supporting budget analysis
• Hands-on experience designing and documenting automation workflows (preferably using RPA tools)
• Strong knowledge of Visio and other Microsoft tools; familiarity with project management tools
• Experience in testing, validating, and deploying RPA solutions
• Ability to work with both business and technical teams
• Strong skills in process assessment and identifying automation opportunities
• Ability to work independently and meet project timelines
• Strong requirements-gathering skills and ability to translate them into technical specifications
• Solid communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

Optional

• university degree, experience with UML or Blue Prism, Green Belt Certification, experience in an international environment

Your responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for automation initiatives
• Lead requirements gathering and manage opportunity pipelines
• Collaborate with BOT Developers during solution design to ensure requirements alignment
• Identify automation opportunities and build business cases for digital transformation programs
• Assess RPA and other technology fit for specific processes
• Lead Agile/Scrum planning and execution for assigned automation projects
• Measure potential automation impact based on validated metrics (e.g., hours saved)
• Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders
• Evaluate, map, and model existing processes
• Lead and support global automation projects
