• Hands-on experience with Cypress or Playwright for UI automation.
• Hands-on experience with JAVA in building API automation
• Experience working in a consultant position that is not tightly coupled with one/couple of teams
• Experience in introducing company-wide QA standards
• Good communication skills, especially in negotiations with different audiences like product owners, developers, and managers

Your responsibilities

• Working as part of the QA consultant team, coordinating QA related work in multiple development initiatives
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Define and maintain testing strategies and documentation standards, ensuring all test plans, scenarios, and defect reports are clear, actionable, and aligned with business priorities.
• Build and maintain frontend and backend automation test framework capabilities in JavaScript (Cypress) and JAVA(Groovy)
• Building and maintaining QA team technical repositories and projects
• Working on the company-wide QA standards, that helping development teams deliver a high-quality product
• Follow and advocate QA best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of test processes across the organisation
