At least 3 years of experience in the sales of tires or parts for construction, or material handling equipment in the above-mentioned regions, Experience in selling to dealers, wholsale channel, services of construction machinery, or forklifts, Proven track record in network expansion (identifying, scouting and onboarding new dealers), Comfort working in a very target-driven environment, able to meet fixed deadlines under pressure, while working within budgets and specific targets, Fluent in both English (B2 at least) and Polish languages, Available for extensive business travels, Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks
