ResponsibilitiesYou are a member of a team working for a dedicated customer in the German financial or insurance industry.You work with the customer to analyze project requirements and define testing needs.Design & Develop test automated scripts in the chosen technology (commercial or proprietary frameworks).You support the maintenance of automated test scripts and test automation strategy.You are responsible for definition, development and execution of automatized test cases as well as analyzing test results, creating defects and retesting them.You plan and control test activities and you are responsible for reporting. You meet with your team once a month in the office in Katowice to plan your work and discuss progress.QualificationsVery good communication skills in English and German (at least B2 level for both).Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or similar.You have min. 2 years of experience in automation testing.You have programming skills on an advanced level (preferably Java or Python) and you are experienced in working with databases.You can use the following technologies and frameworks: Gherkin/Cucumber, Selenium Webdriver, Postman, REST Assured, Jira, Xray, Jenkins and Git.You have an ISTQB certificate – nice to have (we can support you in receiving one).About Fincon ReplyFincon Reply is a consulting and solutions company specializing in banks, the savings bank financial group, and the insurance industry. In the banking segment, Fincon Reply advises major banks, the cooperative financial group, and selected foreign and specialist banks on specialist, technical, process-related, and project methodological issues. Fincon Reply Business Unit in Poland is a new rapidly growing department, focused on programming services.www.fincon.eu
