3+ years of practical experience in test automation and programming, primarily in C#, Proven experience in full-stack test automation (frontend, middleware/API, backend/databases), Strong skills in C#, .NET and Power Apps (nice to have: Java or Python), Experience with frontend testing tools like Selenium or NUnit (nice to have: Robot Framework or Playwright), Solid SQL and database knowledge, Experience testing REST and SOAP APIs, Proficient with GIT version control, Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Jenkins, BitBucket), Good understanding of Agile methodologies: SAFe and SDLC, Solid knowledge of test automation practices such as TDD, BDD and Page Object Model, ISTQB Foundation certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months, Basic knowledge of Kafka, IBM MQ or similar event streaming platforms, Experience following the test automation pyramid (shift-left), Able to work across different test environments and test levels, Fluent English communication skills, Open-minded with eagerness to learn, Banking experience
