Program Management:Deliver one-pagers, functional specifications, and collaborate with engineering on design and execution.Identify areas of improvement and drive key projects with collaboration with engineering.Develop and maintain platform documentation. Technical Support:Subject matter expert handing cases logged by internal customers.Perform advanced troubleshooting before escalating to engineering.Oversee and manage support and related processes and reporting.Develop and maintain Troubleshooting Guides (TSGs). Technical Expertise:Distributed systems and big data experience valued.Scripting and writing database queries experience valued.Familiarity with analytics tools and platforms.Hands-on experience in scripting and writing database queries. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.Proven working experience in program management, technical support, and/or a technical domain.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
