It’s not just a job; it’s a place to grow.What you’ll do:Lead large, complex software programs for international clients, from initiation through full delivery, with end-to-end accountability for outcomes.Define and own program governance, including decision-making structures, escalation paths, and reporting frameworks.Oversee multi-stream program delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved within timelines, scope, and budget.Manage dependencies and alignment across internal delivery teams and external partners.Proactively identify program-level risks, define mitigation strategies, and drive corrective actions.Establish and execute structured change management processes, ensuring traceability between requirements, scope, budget, and contracts.Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.Mentor and support Delivery Managers, ensuring alignment with program goals and standards.Build and lead effective program teams, fostering transparency, accountability, and predictable delivery.Your profile:Proven experience leading large-scale IT or software programs (multi-year, multi-million EUR budgets) with full delivery and budget accountability.Experience managing distributed, multinational teams and collaborating with external vendors or partners.Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills in complex stakeholder environments.High level of ownership and decisiveness, able to operate independently and make informed trade-offs.Pragmatic, problem-solving mindset focused on outcomes rather than process for its own sake.Practical knowledge of program and delivery frameworks (PMP, SAFe – certifications are a plus, not required).Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles (SDLC) and modern software engineering practices.Fluent English (spoken and written).Requirements:Work from Poland with a valid work permit.Lead large-scale, international software programs, manage distributed teams, and make an impact on projects that shape the future of tech.
