Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of delivery processes and workflows across engineering teams.Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and product managers to ensure process adoption and continuous improvement.Provide expert guidance on integrating AI into software development and testing pipelines.Act as a change agent, driving technical excellence and process maturity.Facilitate workshops and technical discussions with clarity and impact.Negotiate and align with stakeholders across departments. What We’re Looking ForProven experience in technical leadership roles within software engineering.Strong hands-on background in process design and delivery optimization.Familiarity with AI/ML applications in software development and testing.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
