You'll inspire, strategize, and lead efforts to meet performance targets while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach and motivate your team to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.Provide accurate sales forecasts and ensure CRM data accuracy.Remove obstacles and support the team in tackling sales challenges.Analyze trends to develop strategic sales practices.Stay updated on market trends and client products.Manage escalations and maintain strong client relationships.Collaborate with the Sales Director to maximize revenue.Align team efforts to meet sales and client performance targets.Partner with internal and external resources for team training and development.Foster strong business relationships to meet customer expectations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes.Candidate Profile:Previous experience in a sales leadership role.Proven success in customer experience and team results.Knowledge of Polish (level C1) and English (level B2) is essential.Strong leadership and coaching skills.Experience in high-volume sales environments.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce.Enjoy the adventure of relocating to beautiful Greece with our comprehensive relocation package!
