Your main responsibilities: Taking full ownership of new Selling partner’s KPIs within the Marketing business areaLeading the development, implementation, and execution of the B2B marketing strategy across Allegro’s markets (PL, CZ, SK, HU)Managing SEO and SEM initiatives, ensuring effective coordination and measurable performanceManaging display advertising campaigns in close cooperation with external agencies and partnersDefining the content marketing strategy and execution – defining key topics, developing content calendars, and overseeing collaboration with internal and external partnersOverseeing company websites – analyzing performance data, tracking KPIs, and implementing optimization initiativesDriving PR activities in collaboration with the corporate PR teamProviding marketing support for partner-driven campaigns and joint initiativesMonitoring and analyzing KPIs across marketing channels, preparing performance reports, and recommending actionable insightsLeading cross-functional projects in collaboration with other Teams in the Marketing area, Sales, UX, Technology, Customer Service as well as PRManaging and optimizing the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocationLeading a team of 8 marketing professionalsThis is the right job for you if: Have experience in marketing in the Polish and international marketsHave solid experience in managing PPC campaigns, creating creative materials based on the analysis of customer needs and market trends (i.e. creating claims, key visuals, etc. in cooperation with a creative agency)Are familiar with tools such as Google Ads, Google AnalyticsHave very strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze activities and draw conclusions, and experience working with KPIsHave experience in project managementAre capable of managing a budget effectivelyHave at least 3 years of experience in team management and 6-7 years in marketing area Have well-developed communication skills and experience in cooperating with internal partners and external agenciesAre proficient in Polish and EnglishAre proactive, suggest new solutions, and are comfortable implementing improvementsExperience in the e-commerce or technology industry is a plusWhat we offer: Flexible working hours in an office first model (4/1) that depend on you and your team.
