B2), Proficient in MS Office and relevant service area tools, Experience in projects such as process migration, ERP implementation, or transformation initiatives, Strong change management, coaching, and people management skills, Analytical and problem-solving mindset, Service and customer-oriented approach, Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, Decision-making ability and accountability for results, Conflict resolution and mediation skills, Planning, organizing, stress resilience, adaptability, and flexibility, Risk management awareness and continuous improvement mindset, Must possess permit to work in Poland
