Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (or at least 3rd year of studies completed), 5+ years of experience in SSC/BPO or multinational service environment, including 2–3 years in a senior/specialist role, Proven leadership potential and prior experience acting as Team Leader (e.g., 6-month TL assignment), Very good English (written & spoken, min.
