Minimum 2 years of experience as business analyst in tax area and proven track record of involvement in relevant projects, Basic knowledge of tax compliance requirements with focus on VAT tax laws and ability to perform legal research, Willingness to engage in the field of technology development for tax settlement processes, Strong analytical capabilities for effective data interpretation and process improvement, Experience with SAP (preferred) and advanced business use of MS Excel, including VBA, Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools and AI methodologies will be a strong asset, Experience in tax technology platforms / tax engines, such as Oracle, Vertex, Avalara is preferred, Good knowledge and/or strong desire to learn new technologies (such as SQL, visualization tools, data analytics, Python), Fluent in English and Polish.
