Daily Tasks:

• Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for complex IT issues, analyzing problems to find root causes; 
• Ensure stability and performance of IT systems while proactively improving them through automation and best practices; 
• Maintain documentation and task tracking in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
• Coordinate and support application and infrastructure releases with well-documented deployments; 
• Support the implementation and monitoring of IT security measures, including endpoint protection (Microsoft Defender) and compliance monitoring;
