Your responsibilities Review compliance and sustainability-related documents and questionnaires — with clear guidelines to support you. Support ESG Ratings’ questionnaires and reports review Assisting in the implementation of various compliance-related projects, such as QHSE and Human Rights audits, mandatory e-learning, and more. Collaborating with internal stakeholders across our global organization and providing advisory support. Offering administrative assistance to the DSV Group Sustainability & Compliance team. Supporting the regular update of internal procedures. Preparing and analysing data for reporting purposes. Creating reports to communicate key findings to relevant teams Our requirements Excellent command of English — both written and spoken. Experience in reviewing compliance and/or sustainability-related documentation is a major advantage. Strong communication skills — both verbal and written. A structured, process-oriented mindset with great attention to detail. Project management experience is a major advantage. A high sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines. Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel). Most importantly — an interest in compliance/sustainability and a proactive attitude.
