Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Criminology, or a related field – or equivalent working experience., Multiple years of experience in AML/KYC, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role., Strong knowledge of global sanctions, PEP classifications, and adverse media screening., Familiarity with screening tools (e.g., World-Check, Dow Jones, LexisNexis)., Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills., Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
