Have 3+ of experience in creating or managing content for eCommerce and Digital channels, preferably in Digital and eCommerce agencies (MUST-HAVE), Have experience managing team members – both day to day work and career development, Have great organizational skills and proven ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and organize/prioritize the work of a team, Think content strategy with the big-picture of each client in mind, Pay attention to details and ensure content recommendations are in line with content excellence practices, Know how to craft data-based content strategies and how data can feed different content strategy needs, Understand digital shelf optimization and how to optimize content, Be a master storyteller, keen to share your knowledge with your colleagues, clients, and external audiences, Be a team player, excited to cooperate and learn with your colleagues, Have experience on testing content across platforms using both AI-based tools and other available tools (nice to have), Have spoken and written English business proficiency, Have amazing PowerPoint skills, Skill using Miro or Figma (nice to have)
