Company

Our client is the European subsidiary of an international chemical group, with its registered office and operations in Düsseldorf, Germany.
From Europe, the organization manages sales activities across the European market, as well as REACH/CLP compliance, warehousing & logistics, customer service, and cross-regional business coordination. The group’s core products are polymer additives, with a strong focus on HALS light stabilizers (e.g. UV 944, UV 622, UV 770, UV 119, UV 2020), widely used in plastics applications. 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Develop and expand customer relationships in the European coatings market
  • Promote and sell polymer and coatings stabilizers and additives
  • Independently develop new customers and manage existing accounts
  • Drive customer projects including sampling, testing, and commercialization
  • Support pricing, negotiations, and long-term customer development in cooperation with internal teams

Ihr Profil

  • Degree in chemistry, materials science, engineering, business, or a comparable qualification
  • 3–8+ years of experience in sales or technical sales of polymer additives or coatings raw materials
  • Good understanding of customer structures (formulators, purchasing, technical managers)
  • Solution-oriented sales mindset and independent working style
  • Fluent English required; German or another European language is an advantage
