Minimum 5+ years of experience in handling Storage administration., Expert Knowledge in DELL EMC PowerMax/Powerstore, Unity and NetApp, Hitachi, IBM Storage, Native commands of SAN and NAS devices. Vendor Management proactive troubleshooting and storage version upgrades., Operating system and Cluster setup knowledge on storage array and Performance analysis and tuning., Expert skills in Performance, Availability and Capacity Management of Servers and Storage systems., Able to handle and troubleshoot hardware issues on EMC Storage devices and NetApp storage arrays., Expert knowledge in NetApp storage management, DELL EMC, Cisco and Brocade switches., Should have a very good understanding of ITIL process. Preferably ITIL foundation certified., Excellent verbal and written communication, good customer handling skills and working experience in working with Virtual customers & Teams., Consistent regular interaction with both internal and external customers as well as account managers and management.
