Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Architecture, including at least 5+ years in the role of Solution Architect in enterprise infrastructure environments, Strong knowledge of Azure Entra ID architecture, configuration, and integration, Solid expertise in DNS and DHCP architecture and configuration in enterprise environments, Proven experience in creating HLD and SDD documentation compliant with architectural standards of large organizations, Strong understanding of identity management principles and Microsoft Identity solutions, Experience with infrastructure service integration between on-premises and cloud environments, Ability to translate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Experience working in regulated environments with compliance requirements, Proven collaboration with Enterprise Architecture teams in architectural design approval processes, Knowledge of Microsoft PKI infrastructure design and implementation, Previous experience in the financial services sector or other highly regulated industries, Understanding of BCCM and DORA regulatory frameworks, Experience with hybrid identity models and migration strategies, Background in technical leadership roles supporting implementation teams, Knowledge enterprise standards
