The analyst will use a variety of technical tools and methodologies to support the business, improve efficiency and inform strategic decisions.Key Responsibilities:Identify, understand and analyse data from various bank sources (Onboarding, KYC, Products, Tax, etc.)Design, maintain and troubleshoot data systems and databasesImplement data governance policies, ensuring data quality and integrityAggregate data for analysis and ensure datasets are ready for modellingCommunicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholdersKnowledge of Agile, Scrum and SAFe methodologiesCollaborate with teams to understand data needs and provide recommendationsPresent reports to leadership for strategic decision-makingIdentify automation opportunities in data analysisRecommend and contribute to process improvements in analysis, mapping and requirements gathering
