Czym będziesz się zajmować? We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to drive our product development operations in Poland, reporting directly to the Head of Product Development. Your profile: Education: MSc in Computer Science or equivalent Experience: 7+ years in software development, with management experience Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design Technical Skills: Java, Python, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, Containers (docker, k8s), Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) Languages: Fluent English and Polish Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration
