We are hiring a full-time AI Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and deliver AI-driven product evaluations, roadmap definition, and capability transformation for our clients. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll bring together persona-based insights, sector benchmarks, and platform assessments to define actionable AI opportunities and technology stack recommendations. Conduct immersive, persona-based product evaluations using direct system access. Lead/participate in structured user walkthroughs across Staff, Admin, and Power User personas to capture platform usage and AI augmentation opportunities. Perform sector benchmarking to compare platform functionality against industry leaders and define competitive gaps. Partner with the client’s Product Director to integrate strategic goals and future product vision into an AI roadmap. Deliver a capability assessment matrix, prioritized improvement roadmap, and AI-centric technology recommendations. Evaluate client systems and identify AI augmentation and automation opportunities. Translate qualitative user pain points into quantitative impact models and AI solution blueprints. Lead ideation of AI accelerators.

Proven track record delivering platform assessments and technology roadmaps. Familiar with AI/ML solution spaces including NLP, LLMs, recommender systems, and process automation. Strong grounding in user-centric product evaluation—especially across multiple personas with differing workflows. Ability to connect business goals with technical possibilities, balancing ambition with practical implementation paths. Exceptional at synthesizing insights into concise, executive-ready deliverables. Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguity-heavy client environments.
