If you are an enthusiastic and ambitious specialist, willing to take active participation in shaping a product, this job is for you!We expect candidates to be located in one of the following cities: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Lodz, Gdansk or Bialystok.Responsibilities:Analyze large historical datasets to extract meaningful featuresDevelop and validate machine learning models for predictive analyticsPrepare and preprocess data for modeling, ensuring data quality and consistencyDefine evaluation metrics (precision, recall, false positive rate, etc.) and align them with project success criteriaConduct experiments, document results, and manage reproducible training pipelinesCollaborate with architects and engineers to integrate the model into a lightweight demonstrator or prototype applicationPresent results and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Kogo poszukujemy? Ideally you have:3+ years in Data Science roleAdvanced knowledge of Machine and Deep Learning algorithms, Statistics and MathematicsExperience of working in Python and SQLStrong data processing skills using Pandas, NumPy, PySpark (optional)Solid understanding of machine learning modeling with Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, PyTorch (optional)Practical knowledge of experiment tracking using MLflowHands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Streamlit, Matplotlib, and PlotlyExperience with deployment and integration technologies including FastAPI, Docker, and AWS services (S3, Lambda, ECS)Exposure to MLOps, model monitoring principles, CI/CD and associated tech, e.g., Docker, MLflow, k8s, FastAPI etc. are a plusFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teamsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork skillsStrong verbal and written English communication skillsNice to have:Large language models and prompt engineeringAgents design and orchestratio
