Czym będziesz się zajmować? We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to support the creation of an MVP analytics hub for the EMEA region using Microsoft Fabric/OneLake and Power BI. The role will focus on building and iterating a unified data model, delivering dashboards for leadership teams.Responsibilities:Develop an MVP analytics hub using Power BI, Fabric/OneLake, and the Microsoft data stack.Build data models, DAX logic, transformations, and automated processes.Work with Data Engineers to design a shared EMEA data model and unify multiple data sources (SFMC, CRM, Adobe Analytics, Bity, social APIs, and others).Create ETL flows, manage TRFs, standardize taxonomy, and support KPI design and iteration.Enable campaign traceability from budget → execution → outcomes (ROMI, funnel visibility).Develop marketing analytics dashboards: UTM tagging, attribution basics, digital engagement scoring, channel performance.Integrate Asana, SFMC, CRM, and additional feeds into Power BI.Set up access control processes and ensure data governance and quality.Take part in agile/Scrumban sprints (4-week cycles), remove blockers, and drive MVP delivery.Use Power Automate, Python, and VBA to build automatable pipelines and support manual-first processes until automation is feasible.
