Czym będziesz się zajmować? Provide 24/7 production support for enterprise-scale digital banking applications.Monitor and maintain application suite including Java, WebSphere, Tomcat, httpd, and Oracle databases.Support hybrid infrastructure across on-premise data centers and AWS cloud.Troubleshoot and manage integrations with IBM appliances (ISAM, DataPower, MQ).Utilize enterprise monitoring and logging platforms (Dynatrace, ELK/OpenSearch) to proactively identify and resolve issues.Leverage AWS services (API Gateway, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, CDK) for application support and reliability improvements.Manage incidents and changes using ITSM tools (ServiceNow), with expertise in P1/P2 handling, escalation, and RCA preparation.Trace and resolve issues across logs, metrics, and distributed traces in complex distributed systems.Deliver clear documentation: RCAs, blameless post-mortems, incident reports, and change success/failure analysis.Champion SRE practices by shifting from reactive monitoring to proactive reliability engineering, automation, and continuous improvement.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical issues to executive stakeholders.
Kogo poszukujemy? Proven experience in production support/SRE roles within enterprise-scale environments (preferably financial services).Strong technical expertise in Java applications, middleware, databases, and hybrid cloud.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-availability environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
