The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of automation-related activities within the Apollo greenfield factory project. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, construction and validation teams to ensure timely delivery and technical compliance of all control systems.The project involves the construction of a new greenfield drug product manufacturing facility. The initiative aims to establish a state-of-the-art, highly automated production environment aligned with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Kogo poszukujemy? Proven experience (min. 6 years) in automation project management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.Solid understanding of industrial control systems and automation architectures.Experience with greenfield or brownfield projects is a strong advantage.Excellent communication and leadership skills in cross-functional environments.Fluent English (both written and spoken).
