You will analyse, define and own the implementation of the Client Services products across multiple client journey, working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to identify and assess business needs.What you’ll doWork closely with business SME’s to elicit and define business requirements, translating them into agile user stories that have clear acceptance criteriaPerform business requirements gathering using a variety of techniques and support requirement refinement utilizing agile methodologiesPresenting business requirements, proposed solution and acceptance criteria to the Product Owner for review, subsequently supporting the development team with query resolution during development phasesWork with IT teams to refine solution designs / user stories and communicate back to the business stakeholdersTest delivered IT components and working with the development team to resolve any identified defectsPreparation of materials for senior stakeholder
