If you enjoy working with modern data technologies and making an impact — we’d love to hear from you!You’ll work with Microsoft Fabric and Azure services to prepare, transform, and analyze data for reporting, mainly using Power BI. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, and Architects to deliver accurate dashboards and occasionally support data ingestion and transformation pipelines.Responsibilities:Prepare, transform, and model data within Microsoft Fabric (or equivalent Azure services such as ADF and Synapse) to support reporting and analytics needsDesign and build Power BI reports and dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights for business stakeholdersCollaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, and business teams to define data requirements and ensure data is ready for analysisPerform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reportsMaintain simple data pipelines for ingestion when needed.Contribute to architecture and best practices discussions.Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.Improve report performance and usability.

RequirementsIdeally you have:At least 3 years of experience in Data Analysis fieldStrong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and preparing data for reporting and analyticsProficiency in Power BI, including data transformation (Power Query), DAX, and report/dashboard design best practicesExperience working with Microsoft Fabric or similar Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Spark, Python) for data ingestion and transformationStrong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and validating data accuracyAbility to work efficiently with structured and semi-structured data from multiple sourcesKnowledge of data security, privacy, and governance best practices (e.g., RBAC, data lineage, GDPR)Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teamsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insightsStrong verbal and written English communication skillsNice to have:Snowflake, Databricks, familiarity with Delta Lake / Medallion ArchitectureMonitoring/logging tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics)
