More than 6 years of IT experience of which at least 1 year as a team leaderSound understanding of software development and software testing lifecyclesAbility to plan tasks Ability to guide and manage teams effectivelyFamiliar with test program concerns including test data management, trouble reporting and resolution, test design and test developmentUnderstands application business area and application requirementsFunctional expertise in the Banking areaExperience in Payment domain Experience with Scaled AgileExperience with Test strategy, Test plan and Test cases design and executionTest automation principles
