You will:Lead and mentor a team of engineers in developing SystemC models and pre-silicon firmware for platforms such as Maia and CobaltSet technical direction for the team, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goalsServe as the primary technical interface between the RINF team and the client, communicating progress, risks, and architectural decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain pre-silicon firmware used for validation and emulation.Contribute to the development of new platforms and improve existing system architectures and simulation environments.Debug and optimize pre-silicon systems to ensure functional correctness and performance targets are met.Work closely with silicon, architecture, and firmware teams to ensure timely and high-quality platform bring-up
