Our IT department is a small but highly experienced team, spread across several European locations. We are now looking for an IT Helpdesk Operations Coordinator (on-site job from Mielec) to strengthen our support function, streamline helpdesk processes, and ensure smooth IT operations across our offices.This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating support activities, and working in a collaborative, international environment.Core responsibilities:Deliver 1st line IT support through direct interaction with usersManage and coordinate the helpdesk ticketing system, keeping it efficient and up to dateConduct user onboarding and IT-related trainingActively collaborate with the IT department and cross-functional teamsAdditional tasks:Provide some 2nd line support and escalate issues when neededInvestigate recurring incidents and suggest improvementsContribute to IT process optimization and documentation
