Czym będziesz się zajmować? As a Data Analyst, you will be part of a collaborative and agile environment where your insights and expertise will help shape business decisions. You will work with data in Snowflake: prepare, transform, and analyze information for reporting purposes, primarily using Power BI or Tableau. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable reports and dashboards.Business domain: Travelling and Booking.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, transform, and model data within Snowflake to support reporting and analytics needsDesign and build Power BI / Tableau reports and dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights for business stakeholdersMonitor and report on key performance metricsIdentify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve commercial & revenue performanceCollaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, and business teams to define data requirements and ensure data is ready for analysisPerform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reportsMaintain compliance with security, integrity, and governance standards for all reporting dataContinuously improve report performance, usability, and user adoption through feedback and iteration

Kogo poszukujemy? RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in Data Analysis fieldStrong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and preparing data for reporting and analyticsProficiency in Power BI or Tableau, report/dashboard design best practicesExperience working with Snowflake for data ingestion and transformationStrong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and validating data accuracyBasic Python skills (for data manipulation and automation)Ability to work efficiently with structured and semi-structured data from multiple sourcesKnowledge of data security, privacy, and governance best practices (e.g., RBAC, data lineage, GDPR)Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teamsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insightsStrong verbal and written English communication skillsThis is a hybrid position, so we expect candidates to visit an office in one of our five locations (Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź, Gdańsk, Białystok) at least once a week.
