The IT Service Owner is responsible for the ongoing supply and support of the IT services owned and provide a single point of contact for that services in line with standard IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Lifecycle phases, namely Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement.What will you do?Accountable for maintaining effective control of the end to end application and service (which includes Dev; UAT; Production and Contingency)Successful operation and continuous improvement of servicesAdhering to governance processes and ensuring compliance with all FIM requirements, IT Controls & processesPro-active planning of service requirements (e.g. evergreening, capacity upgrades) and regularly communicating the benefits and performance of the services to the BusinessBe a contact or escalation point when tasks for assigned services are requested by stakeholdersCollaborate with key stakeholders within your Function such as other Services Owners, Team Members, Risk & Control Officers, Infrastructure Leads, vendor, SSP Leads and CCO Tech colleagues, and within Group such as Cyber Security

Kogo poszukujemy?
