Introduction & Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Software Development Technical Lead with over 10 years of expertise in software engineering and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical governance skills and the ability to direct complex ecosystem changes while promoting a data-driven engineering culture.About the project:This initiative is a strategic digital transformation program within our client organization, aiming to deploy a global, unified platform for industrial management, monitoring, and analytics.Main Responsibilities:The Software Development Technical Lead will oversee technical governance and drive momentum in a multi-country strategic program: Lead hybrid teams across various geographies. Collaborate closely with IS Business Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Security, and DevOps teams. Define and arbitrate technological directions ensuring coherent architecture. Implement CI/CD, security, and automation tools. Manage technical debt and implement remediation plans. Establish engineering KPIs focusing on productivity and quality. Track development costs and ensure delivery efficiency. Prioritize Build and Run activities including incident management. Guide teams in writing maintainable and testable code. Foster collaboration across teams without hierarchical authority. Key Requirements: 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in technical leadership. Proven experience managing large-scale software initiatives. Expertise in SDLC and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience with .NET, React, Kubernetes, AWS / GCP, APs Proficient in CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation, and application security. Ability to design complex architectural solutions. Solid software background across frontend, backend, and data architecture. Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Cloud-native experience (AWS or GCP), deploying in China is a plus. Excellent communication skills and resilience in decision-making. Nice to Have: Exposure to Edge / OT / industrial environments. Understanding of IS/IT environments and security governance. Interest in leveraging AI to enhance productivity.
