Wymagania
Proficiency in operational models, governance structures, and ITIL methodologies, Extensive background in software engineering and DevOps practices, Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, reusable tooling, and troubleshooting across infrastructure and applications, Demonstrated ability to effectively guide cross-functional teams (without direct HR responsibilities) and manage offshore vendors and distributed teams, Experience in stakeholder management, prioritization, and decision-making, Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, 8+ years of experience in software development and operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, ITIL and/or DevOps certifications will be beneficial
