This role involves managing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, and delivering new features to meet organizational needs. Candidates must either hold NATO clearance or be willing to undergo the clearance process, as this is a mandatory requirement confirmed by the client.Responsibilities Monitor the health, administration, and compliance of ServiceNow and its applications. Oversee daily support and maintenance operations, including troubleshooting and performance optimization. Manage application support activities such as code migrations, patching, and version upgrades. Configure and customize UI policies, actions, scripts, and workflows to meet business requirements. Expectations Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript and AngularJS frameworks. Ability to manage CMDB health and Discovery processes to support asset and configuration management. ServiceNow CSA certification is highly desirable. Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development. Willingness to obtain NATO clearance if not already certified.
