We are looking for talent to join the ServiceNow Support Team in IT, working across key hubs in Leeds, Warsaw, and Australia. The role involves advanced ServiceNow system configuration and development of enhancements with expertise in ITSM, HR, and custom apps. The successful candidate will prioritize out-of-the-box solutions to meet business needs and solve complex issues. Your main responsibilities: Develop excellent quality ServiceNow customisations using agile techniques such as Test Driven Development and Pair ProgrammingEnsure ServiceNow development practices align with existing internal development team standardsAssist the IT operations team to apply DevOps practices around the development and support of the ServiceNow platformWork closely with others in the team and the Platform Lead to ensure that capabilities of the platform are aligned with vision and strategyPerform administration duties and configuration tasks in ServiceNow including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management and integrationTake ownership of stories, defects or bugs to resolution ensuring all stakeholders are kept informedShape the ServiceNow Architecture and influence the solutionFind the best OOTB solutionsAlign business issues with solutions that ServiceNow offers and communicates to business peersPerform administration duties, configuration tasks and general housekeeping activities in ServiceNow including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management and integrationYou’re ideal for the role if you have:Minimum 4 years of experience Expert knowledge of ServiceNow of the platform and its best practices and latest features, including expertise in setting up the full ServiceNow solution and its integration with other productsProven experience and knowledge of delivering cloud based SAAS (preferably ServiceNow) solutions and best practicesTechnical expertise on application integrations, data transformations, ServiceNow MID Servers, Active Directory etc. around ServiceNow based around configuration and developmentExpert practical knowledge and experience of scripting – including use of data table structures, Business Rules, UI Policies, ACL’s, and utilisation of REST/SOAP integrationsKnowledge within ITOM.
