Completed education or training in an IT‑related field, Initial professional experience in IT support or Service Desk, Extensive knowledge of Windows environments, Basic knowledge of networks and IT infrastructure, ITIL certification is considered an advantage, Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, Goal‑ and results‑oriented approach to work, Strong communication skills with a friendly, service‑oriented mindset, Ability to work effectively as part of a team, Very good written and spoken German language skills (required), Work model: Hybrid – 3 days per week from the office in Kraków
