⦾ You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, complemented by over five years of solid experience in the digital advertising industry, ideally within a large B2B manufacturing company or providing services to clients in this sector, consistently delivering strong results and notable achievements, ⦾ You possess deep expertise in demand and lead generation processes specific to large B2B manufacturing environments and your understanding of the customer journey and key touchpoints enables you to design and execute effective strategies that drive measurable business outcomes, ⦾ You have a very good command of:, • LinkedIn Campaign Manager, • Meta Business Suite, • Google Ads, • Programmatic Advertising, • Targeting mechanisms and optimization strategies, ⦾ You have at least basic understanding of (considered as an asset):, • Google Analytics, • Google Tag Manager, • Marketing automation tools, ⦾ Your skills in communicating and collaborating are highly effective, particularly when it comes to presenting complex information in a clear and persuasive manner, ⦾ You are creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions, ⦾ You are highly organized with an ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines, ⦾ You have at least C1 level of English proficiency (verbal and written) and preferably at least C1 level of Polish proficiency (considered as an asset) to ensure effective communication and collaboration with global stakeholders, team and partners, as well as great interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners⦾
