Over 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, preferably with solid knowledge of PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management, Extensive knowledge of technical and functional integration of SAP HCM with SuccessFactors Employee Central (both read and write scenarios)., Strong analytical skills in assessing complex integration requirements and issues related to data integrity and stability, Basic knowledge of ABAP is welcome as support for cooperation with development teams, Excellent communication skills in English, Independent, organized, and proactive approach to work at the senior consultant level
